There’s just something special about the holidays, just makes you want to be a little more special, a little more sparkly… a little more glam! Earlier this week I introduced an idea for what to wear to Thanksgiving, today I continue the series with taking that same black dress, mark. Exotic Edge Dress ($32 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) and making it a little more glam!

This look would be perfect if your Thanksgiving is a little more dinner party-esq or if you plan on heading out afterwards… OR even the night before! (Hello, biggest night of the year to go out!) From the casual and comfy post (check it here) all you really need to do is switch out your accessories to take this look a little more glam. Loose the causal cardigan (or add a leather jacket), put on some heels and add some bling!

I added a cuff bracelet, a cocktail ring and a killer knuckle clutch to my LBD to take it from casual and comfy to glam. The cuff is the mark. Cuff Link Bracelet (old, in and out of sale so check back often at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger). The killer statement ring is the mark. Rock The Place Ring ($20 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) and the clutch is the mark. Case Of Glam Clutch ($28 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger). You can see more detailed pictures and how I wore these items the last time here.

Like I said in my last post, the detailing on the dress makes it so easy that you don’t need a necklace and I left the same earrings, the mark. Glimmer Of Hoop Earrings ($34 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger).

The easiest way to glam anything up is with a killer pair of heels. I LOVE the mark. Statuesque Style Heels (coming to clearance soon at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) they add the right amount of fun and functionality.

So the Word Of Alicia for Thanksgiving Look #2 is LBD + Heels + Cuff Bracelet + Cocktail Ring + Blingy Knuckle Clutch = A Little More Glam. You can shop the look at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger and get it in time for Thanksgiving! Cute. Every clothing item I have bought from Mark I have loved.
Awesome! I’m glad I’m not the only one 🙂 They’re such staples in my wardrobe!
