Here’s the #1 reason I love boots so much:  I’m always cold.  Boots keep you warmer than sandals so boots it is!  Besides the fact that they are super cute, usually more comfy than most the other shoes I own and practical for pretty much every occasion, I usually am wearing boots because I’m cold.  Now that the cat’s out of the bag here are my top picks topping my fall wish list:

 

1.  Ridding Boots – Even though I’ve wanted them for years I’ve yet to own a pair of riding boots.  They might not be as trendy as they were say 2-3 years ago, but the classic style is a staple everyone should have in their boot arsenal, especially for walking and activities.  My #1 pick are the mark. Go For A Ride Boots which are part of the Fall Sale for ONLY $45 (orig $60)!  Coming in 2nd place are the LC Conrad Riding Boots for Kohls $59.99 (orig $99).

 

2.  Lace Up Boots – In the 6th grade I had these lace up boots that were imitation Timbs (Timberlands for the urban impaired) that I wore with slouch socks or these socks from Limited Too that had a daisy on them that matched my daisy print shorts also from Limited Too.  I think that was my favorite outfit to date (is that sad I peaked in 6th grade haha)  So I think it’s been long enough that it’s time to add in some lace up boots back into my wardrobe…. however, still on the search for daisy print shorts.

 

3.  Booties – I definitely already own quite a few pairs of booties, BUT they’re the most practical to wear with work outfits to nights out to casual wear.  I’m swooning over the mark. Multi-Mixed Media Booties also in the Fall Sale for ONLY $48 (orig $65).  That’s a great price for genuine leather and suede, and will practically go with every outfit I own!  Plus, I also need a fun oxford type bootie like these blush and lace ones from DSW.

 

4.  Tall Dressy Boots – Ok so this is pretty much what my entire boot collection is made of.  So what!  I like tall boots and tall heels!  But my current old go to from Shoedazzle are on their last legs and I need to replace them.  I want a tall black boot with some fun detail like the gold zipper  and gold heels on these mark. Mixed Details Tall Boot $90 (launching 10/31/14).  Now $90 is a little on the high end and they definitely aren’t walk all day boots but I can’t stop thinking about them!!!  So added to the wish list…
