I don’t even need to discuss why LBD’s are perfect/must-haves/favorite but I do need to discuss my latest favorite – the mark. Ace In the Hole Dress.  This dress was released in the first wave of fall from mark. which means I’ve had time to really get a good read on it.  And the word on is, it’s KILLER!  This dress is unique enough to feel special but classic enough for the everyday.  I’ve worn it to work, to church, a benefit and to celebrate my birthday!  Needless to say, it’s a winner.

The cut out details are what MAKE the dress.  I really like that they are both the top and bottom.  The fabric is somewhat similar to a ponte so it has some stretch and holds it’s shape.  Plus it conceals the stomach area a bit and we all know a dress that does that is a winner!  It’s also hard to find a good short sleeve dress.  This time of year I’m not really wanting to wear a sleeveless style, so just another reason this dress is killer!

These easy accessories don’t take away from the simplicity of the dress but are still unique enough to be trendy.  The mark. All Four It Bracelet Set and Neck and Neck Choker Set have been my staples lately.  They just go with everything!  mark. does a great job on designing pieces that are trendy and you won’t find anywhere else but still are really easy to wear.  Funny how jewelry really just is that must-have finishing touch!
