If I had my stuff together this would of been a Trending Tuesday post however it’s Wednesday so it’s just and obsession post.  With the mark. Instant Vacation Maui Bliss release and the start of all things summer I’m OBSESSING over all things tropical.  What seems to be the tropical pattern of the moment, PINEAPPLES!  They’re everywhere from fashion to food.  Here’s what I’m currently crushing on:

Fashion:  From a small accent on your bag to full on pineapple print this summer pineapples are still going strong.  I love the appliqué tote from Avon.  Perfect bag for weekend, picnic or the beach.  If you’re heading to a fair or amusement park these Avon Tropical Slip On Sneakers are perfect with shorts and a tee, or try the mark. Tech:  I stare at my lappy all day and on my phone way too much not to have a cute background.  I just downloaded this pineapple and palm leaf one from laurenconrad.com.

Food:  Pineapple is definitely one of my top summer time fruits, but it is hard to cut.  That’s why a corer is a MUST!  This one from Avon makes making pineapple salsa a reality and so does this recipe from Katie Lee.  Not only am I crushing on Katie Lee’s pineapple on pineapple outfit on her Today Show segment, but her tenderloin tacos with pineapple salsa recipe sounds perfect for a summer night.  Be sure to watch the video for not only the how-to but also a good look at that outfit!
