I always have a bit of summertime sadness come Labor Day knowing my long hot summer days are coming to a close.  Best way to beat the blues is to embrace fall!  It’s still super hot here pretty much through October so I may not be wearing jeans, boots and sweaters but I can embrace fall colors, fabrics and trends.  Which is exactly what I did for today’s Week O’Nautical red white and blue look with fall versions of our patriotic colors.

Embracing fall’s deep burgundy and thick crochet lace in this skirt from Express.  Pair it with a white tank (Express) and fall-tastic chambray and I have a red, white and blue look perfect for Labor Day and beyond.  The mark. Another fall favorite is suede!  Since it’s too hot to wear a suede boot I might as well wear some suede sandals.  You might remember these suede fringe sandals being all the rage in the spring, well they work even better in the fall.  I got these Steve Madden versions on mega deal at T.J.
