Holiday season is officially in full swing! From shopping and prepping to get togethers and parting its time to bust out everything sparkly and festive and enjoy the next 4 weeks of the greatest time of the year!!! Which is why we’ve been saving this ultimate duo for wear and sharing… the mark. Lady Luxe Necklace and Antique Chic bracelet. Two holiday must-haves styled 2 ways by Jackie from Living After Midnight and myself!

Putting together a holiday look the formal/party event is easy, party dress, heels, sparkly jewelry, done. But it’s those in-between events that get us, and honestly, what we really are invited to. The during work hours office party, the neighborhood get together, the kid’s (or niece/nephew) christmas play, etc… these are the events we get dressed for in reality. This is when you can step up your accessories and go a little out of the box, like head to toe winter white. It’s probably not too surprising I love winter white looks (or fall white looks as worn here). An all white look stands on its own BUT adding some killer accessories ups the ante and takes it into holiday territory.

The mark. Lady Luxe Necklace ($50 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) is certainly a statement piece! Its large and in charge but done right, not obnoxious at all. I kept the look lady like with the soft and golden tones by stacking an arm party with the mark. Antique Chic Bracelet ($28 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) and the older mark. Style and Stones bracelet. This picture is the most accurate in color and detail in real life. Apparently my all white look kinda bugged out the camera haha!

For a day event grab the mark. Taupe The Line Bag ($75 at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) It’s big enough to hold everything you need going from place to place and the soft neutral taupe tone really works against white. If its a night event switch to a gold clutch… which you could even have stashed away in here during the day 🙂 Plus it matches my nude suede pointed toe pumps with gold caps! (Shoedazzle)

This look is functional yet festive plus it will keep you warm in those chilly December temps! Which, let’s be honest, usually we freeze in a party dress… After the statement makers in the necklace and bracelet your beauty can be kept simple. I just did a simple eye in gold with i-mark metallics in Goldilux ($7) swept across the entire lid followed with a cream liner on my top lash line and worked slightly into the crease for a little definition, I used the black shade of mark. Keep It Going Longwear Liner and Shadow ($11) in Entourage and finished with Lash Act in Blackest Black ($12). For my face I contoured with mark. Light Show Illuminating Powder ($16) using the mark. Angled Kabuki Brush ($12) with mark. Touch and Glow ($16) used as blush on the apples of my cheeks. (sidenote: Light Show is one of my all time favorite mark. beauty products and its slight shimmer gives the perfect glow for the holidays!). To finish off the entire look and to make it more holiday I ended with a red lip with mark. Lip Click in ChaCha ($11). You can shop all the beauty items at my eBoutique.

You know the real caption to that was keep your dirty paws off my white pants! White pants can be tricky but I find the key is get quality ones like these from White House Black Market. And bringing along a scarf to sit on in case of not so white pant friendly seating! However this look is definitely one of my favorites and the look is really MADE with the mark. Lady Luxe necklace and Antiqued Chic Bracelet. If you haven’t noticed here and here I’ve been wearing this bracelet non stop! Funny how 2 pieces can take a monochromatic look from cute to being a holiday killer! Be sure to see the full details of Jackie’s look over at Living After Midnight!
And since I guess its not all about us… these would make excellent gifts either together or separate or even paired with a great winter white fashion item!
