Week O’Nautical is year has fallen on a weird weather pattern, which is probably more in-line with the rest of the country’s weather normally.  Typical spring weather that can range from cool to warm rain to sun all in one day.  What I’ve found this year in figuring out what to wear is that I really want some nautical pieces that work for these gray days… more white bottoms than 1 pair of jeans, more layering pieces, and more beach sweaters.  I have a ton of looks pinned over on my Week O’Nautical board but I don’t have the supporting items to re-create them.  So, here’s what’s on my want list…

A Classic Navy Blazer with Gold Buttons – I kick myself for not taking advantage of that employee discount and getting one of these when I worked at Brooks Brothers, but young 20’s Alicia didn’t care about that…

A White Dress Slack – I’ve had plenty of these throughout the years but none that fit at the moment.

A Beach Sweater – Again, I’ve had variations of these in the past (see here) but time for an updated one. like the oversized striped ones that have been trending.

Star Printed Jeans – I’ve had my eye on these plenty of times, basically since Stella McCartney’s went super popular, but never thought they fit in during my typical warm springs, and hot summers.  Boy was I wrong…

Ralph Lauren Jumpsuit – This jumpsuit is just a fun pieces I’d wear in my fantasy life.

Lucky for me Memorial Day Weekend is full of sales, especially on fashion, so maybe I should shop some sales!?  Are you shopping for anything good this weekend?
