Word of Alicia:  Liquid lipsticks have been on the scene for a minute, proving they’re not just a trending item but one here to stay.  People love them for the long wear and color payoff but hate them for making them look like they have perma-chapped lips.  Which is why they were really popular among the young crowd, a crowd without aging, wrinkled, dry and/or cracked lips.  I’ve pretty much not been a fan of liquid lipsticks for that exact reason, my lips are always dry and liquid lipsticks made them look thin and gross, so with this launch I was weary.  I got my hands on 3 shades, a neutral, a bold and a classic red, pretty much one to represent each of the major lip options.  All 3 applied really smoothly both thanks to the formula and the doe foot applicator that has a little well to help get just the right amount of product.  All 3 wore really well and were very comfortable and did not dry out my lips even more nor did they make them look miserable.  I was so pleased with the formula and application that I will be picking up the rest of the shades.

Word on Resolute:  This one dried a little dark on me but still definitely a neutral.  I really liked this one paired with the Rosegold Glimmershadow Liquid Eyeshadow for an everyday look (see what I mean here).

Word on Relentless:  If you get one shade probably should be this one.  Think about the occasions you tend to go for a big bad lip, holidays, special occasions, date nights.  All of those a classic red lip is a classic choice for.

Word on Driven:  My favorite shade of the collection!  Purples wear really well on me and for a bold lip they go with a lot of eye looks and outfit looks.  I’ll be wearing this on my birthday I’m sure of it!
