It’s Wear and Share Wednesday!  Which means Jacki from Living After Midnite and I take the same item and style it 2 ways!  With the mark. Dark Blooms Dress ($42) you really don’t need to do much with it’s bold and big floral print, but we found a way to make it our own.  I mean really Jackie, all she needs is the dress and that Chanel purse!

As a working girl I immediately style most my outfits work friendly!  Playing up the lace details I layered a lace blazer from Bebe over the dress.  I cinched the waist with a wide black belt (mark.) a few accessories and some lace pumps rounded out the look.  The shift dress is very 60’s but this mark. Dark Blooms dress is a modern take… so I styled mine with some 60’s influence from my clutch to my hair!

The lace detailing around the neckline really makes this dress.  Its so pretty and delicate I don’t even need a necklace!  A statement earring in scarlet red is all that’s needed!  The Avon Scarlet Chandelier Earrings (coming soon to http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger) were the perfect red accent to the red poppies on the dress.  Stealing a little style from Lucy Hale at the Teen Choice Awards (our mark. brand ambassador) I stacked and styled the mark. My go to lace pumps (Shoedazzle) pair well with my lace cuff (gifted) all against my black satin clutch.  A little something about this clutch… it’s my mom’s from the 60’s.  As a kid I always loved it, played with it, stared at it, held it.  Then as I got older and realized it just always sat in her closet so I snatched it up.  Mom’s always had good taste!  Plus I like having the mom memento!
