Normally every year I get myself a new spring dress for Easter. Something springy that refreshes the wardrobe and can be used for all those spring occassions like showers, events, etc… Since this in an un-normal Easter/spring/forever I won’t be going to Easter service but I still got the dress!  Retail therapy right!?

I had this picked out way before we went into a state of shelter in place, so I figured I’d share anyways, beacuse we will emerge eventually. Wear and Share Wednesday is what I would of wore to a normal Easter service followed by brunch.  Wearing the Metalic Lace Shift Dress and Statement Stones Jewelry Collection all from Avon.

Maybe its because I’ve beeing binging season 3 of The Crown but the gray lace dress and statement jewels kinda had me feeling like high tea.  I really like how this dress is a little longer so it will work year round becuase who knows when I’ll actually be able to wear a dress again and feel appropriatenly dressed.  A gray lace dress accented with pastels works well for the spring but I can see it looking just as chic with white pumps and bag come summer.  For fall I’d pair it with navy and burgundy and a red blazer for the winter holiday season!

This Avon dress launches April 14 but the jewelry is available now at http://www.youravon.com/aliciahessinger.  For this un-normal Easter I’ll probably just wear a white sweater and lavender cords for a more casual Easter OOTD.  I WILL however, be still coloring eggs, making Easter basekts for my family and husband and making a delicious meal served on my hardly used fine china.
